Greezy Cutz

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 8, 2026

Greezy Cutz is a barber business in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect through our booking website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We don't take card payments on this website, and we don't use advertising trackers.

If you tick "Save my info for next time", your details are also stored in your own browser so the form fills in next time. You can remove them at any time with "Not you? Clear saved info".

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to send promotions through this booking system.

Who handles it for us

These services may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Google account access

This website connects to one Google account only: the business's own. It uses that access to sign the owner in to the admin area, send booking emails, create and update calendar events for appointments, and check when the owner is busy so those times can't be booked.

It does not read the owner's inbox. Clients are never asked to sign in with Google.

Greezy Cutz's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. That information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared except as needed to run the booking features above.

How long we keep it

We keep client and appointment records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

How we protect it

Only the owner can access the admin area, through a single approved Google account. Each appointment has its own private link. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
